๐Ÿ“… August 8, 2026
๐Ÿ•™ 10:00 am – 1:00 pm

Guy Langlois will demonstrate how he creates stunning seascape paintings of Westcoast storms using watercolour, acrylic inks and granulating medium. He will useย a “wet-on-wet” technique allowing the paint to mix and run randomly over the surface. His palette will include Payne’s Grey, Burnt Umber, Lunar Black, Lunar Blue, Blue Apatite Genuine watercolour and various mixes of acrylic ink and granulation medium. Once the painting is dry, trees, rocks and birds will be added to complete the composition.

The painting will be created “Alla prima” with the demonstration being complete in approximately three hours.
