The Sunshine Club Office is closed for June and July.

We will reopen on August 5 with regular hours 10:00 am – 1:30 pm Monday to Friday

Cost for a membership for the 2025/26 year is $85.00 per person.

The Echo Sunshine Club is a volunteer driven, membership based organization, whose purpose is to provide opportunities and activities to improve and enhance the quality of life for adults and seniors aged 50 years or better. The Sunshine Club aims to offer a wide variety of programs that interests our members and it is always growing and evolving so if you don’t see what you are looking for, let us know and we can look into creating a new program.

The Sunshine Club began in 1967 and operates with the support and assistance of the Parks, Recreation and Culture Department. The Club is home to approximately 900 members and is a thriving organization for active adults and seniors.

Anyone 50+ years is welcome to join the Sunshine Club. The fiscal year operates from September to August and membership fees are up for renewal starting in August of each year. A membership allows you access to any of the Sunshine Club program and activity. The Sunshine Club office is located at Echo Centre (4255 Wallace Street).
