If you are looking for specific answers to Glenwood, Multiplex or Museum Birthday Parties, please scroll down or use the links!
- Up to 5 business days before your scheduled birthday party: Withdraw by 11:00 am on the Tuesday before your Saturday or Sunday Birthday to get a full refund without any admin fee.
- Within 5 days of the start of the birthday party: No refund will be granted for the birthday party. Refunds on account can be made for any order of pizzas. The cost of the pizzas may not be able to be cancelled and/or refunded. Parents or caregivers will have the option of picking up the pizzas at the designated pizza restaurant (Panago or Pizza Factory)
Please arrive within 15 minutes of the start time of your party. This allows staff time to set up or clean up from previous parties.
Your Party Host will meet you and the Birthday child when you arrive and show you around as well as organize and supervise activities, serve pizza and tidy up at the end of your party. Parents can oversee serving cake and opening gifts.
Absolutely! You plan your child’s special day and we tidy up at the end of the party. With that said we would ask that parents help clean up when possible.
You are welcome to bring additional decorations if you would like. We ask that you DO NOT bring helium balloons as they get stuck in our air intake vents.
Each child gets a personalized “Happy Birthday” sign to take home as well as a birthday card with a courtesy coupon inside!
With the purchase of the pizza party add-on, we provide enough forks, plates, napkins and juice boxes for your party.
If you do not purchase the pizza party add-on, you will need to supplies these items.
Please bring candles and matches or a lighter.
Yes, a knife and serving spatula is provided.
Garbage bins and recycling bins are located throughout the building for use.
At this time, highchairs are not available.
Pizzas will be delivered at the start of the 2nd hour of the party. Please note that delivery times may vary.
Yes, you can add as many pizzas to your order as you wish, but the pizza party add-on only offers Pepperoni, Ham & Pineapple or Cheese pizzas. If you are looking for pizzas with different toppings, this order would need to be ordered and paid for separately by you through Panago.
Yes, this option is available, at $3 additional cost per pizza.
You may add or delete pizza orders up to one week prior to your party. To make changes, please contact the Echo Centre Receptionist ([email protected] or 250-723-2181).

Inflatable Birthday Parties at Glenwood:
Up to 30 party guests (users of the Inflatable) are included with the option to add additional party guests at $3 per guest.
Helium balloons are NOT permitted in Glenwood Centre as they can get stuck in our air intake vents.
There will be a seating area set up for approximately 24 people. Talk to your Party Host if you need more tables and chairs.
You may bring your own coloring or craft supplies. There are soccer balls, hockey sticks/balls, basketball hoops, etc. Mostly sports equipment.
- Age 4-14 years of age.
- No shoes. Obstacle runners must be in socks or bare feet.
- Maximum 4 kids on the inflatable at one time and they are encouraged to move through the obstacle course vs. playing in one area.
- Kids should wash and/or disinfect hands before and after use.
Yes, the inflatable is disinfected at least once per week using a Clorox Electrostatic Sprayer.
This is up to the parents and Party Host, but it can turned off if requested.

Skating & Hockey Parties at the Multiplex:
Up to 25 party guests are included with the option to add additional party guests at $3 per guest.
Parties are hosted in the Multiplex Upper Lounge near the Coulson Rink windows.
Skating Parties:
- 12:15 start in the Upper Lounge before the on ice session!
- Join the Public Skate session anytime between 1:00 - 2:30 pm!
- Join the Stick & Puck session anytime between 2:45 - 4:00 pm!
- 4:00 pm start in the Upper Lounge after the on ice session!
No, hockey is only permitted during Hockey Birthday Parties.
Yes, skates and helmets are included in the Birthday Party package. We also have hockey sticks to loan!
Parties include two staff. One to support Upper Lounge party set-up and clean-up as well as skate rentals, and one to support on-ice activities.

Birthday Parties at the Museum:
Up to 10 party guests are included with the option to add additional party guests at $10 per guest. Must have two (2) adults attending for the duration of the party.
Museum Birthday Parties are held in the downstairs activity room at the Museum. Guests must be able to go up and down stairs.
If an accessible party room is required, please let us know at the time of your booking.
The Museum provides the theme, games, activities, crafts and 2 party hosts!
- Dinotastic Dig: Excavate a dinosaur fossil, play some prehistoric games and make truly T-Rex-errific crafts. Uncover your inner dinosaur with some roar-some activities!
- Legends of the Sea: Pirates, mermaids and krakens – oh my! Explore fables from the sea. Craft ye own mermaid tails or cork pirate boats. Feast on scrumptious grub, play some jolly games, and raise a toast to the birthday buccaneer!
- Museum Mystery: Oh no! A crime has happened at the Museum. Can you and your birthday friends solve the mystery? Craft your crime solving identity, solve puzzles and riddles, and try out for our elite mystery squad!
- Victorian Tea Party: Experience the etiquette of high tea in Victorian England. Make a fascinator or top hat, learn the ins and outs of being a good host/ess while sampling tea and playing traditional games!
