Like many organizations, the Echo Aquatic Centre is experiencing challenges with being short-staffed.

We realize how frustrating it is when sessions are cancelled, and the facility is closed, especially last-minute. To help provide some certainty, the Aquatic Centre will be closed on Sundays, effective March 12. Although we’re not sure how long we’ll be closed on Sundays, it will likely be until early 2024.

To help bolster our lineup of new staff, we are currently recruiting and training additional Lifeguards and Swim Instructors.
